Building 3 is awaiting exterior wrap and sheeting in order to begin framing. MEP rough in is progressing, and is at 75% completion. Building 4 framing is 100% complete, and MEP rough in has begun. Roofing on buildings 1 and 2 has begun and is 85% complete. Patio doors on 1st and 2nd floor of main building have been installed. Curb, gutters, and sidewalks are 85% complete. The South retaining wall permit has been issued and work is anticipated to commence the 1st week of March. Underground irrigation remains at 90% completion. Site lighting underground rough remains at 85% completion. MEP roughs are progressing through 4 floor of buildings 1 and 2, and are 75% complete. 95% of windows have been installed. Both trash enclosure slab on grade and bollards are 100% complete. Scaffolding for exterior stucco work has been installed on 45% of the main building. Stucco prep and installation of vapor barrier and insulation is 30% complete on the main building. Pool permit has been issued, and work is scheduled to begin on the 7th of March. Offsite drainage conflict has been resolved through design and agreements with adjacent property owner, and work has begun to correct condition.
