Drywall has been hung in the tenant build-out and painting will commence upon completion of tape and float. Lighting fixtures are being installed in all areas. HVAC R/I (high duct and insulation) is complete. Installation of duct detectors and fire alarm wiring is commencing. Fire suppression pipe installation continues. Pavement striping has begun, and signage is being installed. Pavement of Aviation road (adjacent to the site) has been completed. Concrete flooring is in the process of being sealed.
