NorthPark35 Building 2 is a 157,300 SF industrial project. Potential uses for this building include e-commerce, light manufacturing, and distribution.
The project is part of NorthPark35, a brand new, Class A industrial park located at the important intersection of I-35 and SH-130. Once completed, its location at this key thoroughfare will give it excellent access to Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio (commonly referred to as the I-35 corridor). This area is one of the fastest-growing sections of the country for e-commerce, light manufacturing, and distribution centers. Some of the nearby companies that have made this corridor home include Tesla, Amazon, Samsung, and Applied Materials.
Georgetown itself is one of the fast-growing communities in the Austin MSA with 56% growth between 2010-2018 (U.S. Census Bureau). Georgetown's local Government has embraced industrial development, working closely with Titan to fast-track key economic development measures that will facilitate Northpark35’s success. In addition, the site sits close to existing industrial staples including Vanguard Truck Rentals, Holt/CAT, and Georgetown Municipal Airport.
Final section of pavement has been poured. Site signage is being installed, and striping on pavement has begun. Crews are commencing with the placement of all remaining sidewalks. As part of ongoing landscaping work the irrigation system has been installed. Construction of limestone retaining wall around junction box has begun. Work on application of exterior sealants is underway. Installation of disconnects, electrical, gears, and services has been completed. Installation of roof coping and gutters is underway. Interior priming, texturing, and painting of drywall is completed. All glazing has been delivered and installed. Installation of the fire suppression system has been completed. Canopy installation is completed. Preparation and sealing of slab have finished.
